This practice has Excellent Office staff who are kind, considerate and courteous. Whenever I see Dr. Patel it is like visiting a friend…who takes care of my medical needs! She spends time talking with me, and listening to my concerns. She is familiar with “all medical issues” that I am experiencing, and helps me feel at ease even when not feeling well!
I highly recommend this practice to any woman in need of professional care.

Dr. Patel is excellent — I felt completely safe and in good hands during my first visit. The care provided was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and warmth shown during my appointment.
However, I do want to mention a concerning experience in the reception area. A woman whose first language is not English asked the front desk staff for help understanding the intake questions, and unfortunately, they declined to assist her. She ended up asking me for help instead. In a healthcare setting, especially one that serves diverse communities, it’s important that all patients feel supported and understood — including those with language barriers. I hope the front desk staff can be reminded of the importance of compassion and accessibility for all patients.
